Faithful in Midlife · A Workshop for Christian Churches
Worthy of Care.
Led by Maureen Brintnell, certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, and midlife & menopause specialist. Something meaningful happens when women of faith gather for honest conversations about their health, their families, and the demands of midlife — equipping women to steward a body worth keeping well, so whatever God is asking of her in this season can be lived from strength rather than depletion.
I. The Six Pillars
Are the women in your church struggling with the physical, emotional, and mental shifts of midlife?
They are not alone — and they shouldn't have to navigate it alone. Worthy of Care is a full-day, interactive workshop designed to give the women of your church the knowledge and tools to thrive through every stage of menopause.
The day equips your women to
01Strength
Practical movement that builds the capacity to keep carrying the work you are given — no workout clothes required.
“Let the work of your hands endure.” — Psalm 90:17
02Nutrition
Simple protein and meal-building habits that nourish midlife without diets, restriction, or guilt around the family table.
“Bread to strengthen the heart.” — Psalm 104:15
03Energy
Why midlife energy dips, and the small daily rhythms that restore a steadier reserve for the work that matters.
“He gives power to the faint.” — Isaiah 40:29
04Sleep
Practical tools for the fractured midlife night: wind-down, workload, and the habits that let rest actually restore you.
“On my bed I remember you; I think of you through the watches of the night.” — Psalm 63:6
05Stress
Practical, faith-consistent ways to lower the load and let an overloaded nervous system finally exhale.
“A heart at peace gives life to the body.” — Proverbs 14:30
06Menopause
A faithful, clear-eyed framing of perimenopause and menopause — not a decline to endure, but a season to steward well.
“There is a season for everything.” — Ecclesiastes 3:1
II. The Day
A full, interactive day.
Worthy of Care runs as a single in-person day, roughly 9:30 to 3:00, structured so women move from understanding to action without overwhelm. Every block builds on the last, ending with a personal plan each woman can begin using the same week.

V. About the Presenter
Maureen Brintnell
Certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, and midlife & menopause specialist. A mother of nine and grandmother, Maureen built a coaching approach for women in perimenopause and midlife who are still deep in the doing — managing families, careers, and communities.
Her work combines real-life experience, professional training, and practical tools designed for the way a woman's life actually runs — holding body, mind, and spirit together without the noise of trends or guilt.
Worthy of Care brings that coaching into the church, so the women of your community can live their next chapter from strength rather than depletion.
